Streetbeefs Athlete Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

By clicking "I Agree" or participating in the Streetbeefs Athlete Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose & Responsibilities

As a Streetbeefs Athlete, your role is to promote and market the Streetbeefs brand to your audience and community. You are encouraged to use, experience, and share Streetbeefs products across your platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, X, Discord, events, etc.). You are an independent contractor joining the team to help grow the Streetbeefs movement.

2. Commissions

  • 15% Storewide Commission: You earn a 15% commission on all completed sales generated through your unique affiliate link or assigned discount code across the entire Streetbeefs catalog.

3. Tracking & Transactions

  • Link & Coupon Tracking: Sales are tracked via your unique Referral Link as well as your custom 10% Off Discount Code. Orders placed using either your link or your designated discount code will automatically attribute the sale to your account.

  • The 90-Day Cookie Window: Once a customer clicks your referral link, your tracking cookie remains active for 90 days. Any purchases made by that customer within that window will be credited to your account. If they click your link again, the 90-day window resets.

  • Good Faith Clause: If a customer purchased as a direct result of your promotion but forgot to click your link or enter your code, reach out to us! If we can verify in good faith that you referred the customer, we will manually credit the sale to your account.

  • Customer Discount Codes: Your custom code grants your followers 10% off their purchase subtotal at checkout.

  • Qualified Transactions: Commissions are calculated and paid on successful, completed purchases. Commissions are not earned on shipping costs, sales tax, or returned/refunded items.

4. Payouts

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: There is a $30.00 minimum earnings threshold required before a payout is disbursed.

  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid in USD via PayPal on or about the 15th of each month for the previous month’s completed sales.

  • Net Total Calculation: Commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal after any customer discounts or promo codes are applied.

5. Prohibited Activity

  • Spamming: Unsolicited spamming of referral links or codes on public forums, social media comment sections, or direct messaging is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate removal from the program.

  • Paid Search Advertising: You may not bid on branded search keywords or search terms including "Streetbeefs," "Streetbeefs.com," or trademarked brand assets on paid search engine platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).

  • Non-Disparagement: You agree to represent the Streetbeefs brand professionally and refrain from making defamatory, malicious, or disparaging remarks about Streetbeefs, its management, staff, or affiliated athletes.

6. Relationship of Parties

You act as an independent contractor. Participation in this program does not create an employer-employee, partnership, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship between you and Streetbeefs. You have no authority to enter into agreements or make binding representations on behalf of Streetbeefs.

7. Non-Compete & Exclusivity

You are free to join other affiliate programs, sponsorships, or brand partnerships with other companies alongside your Streetbeefs athlete account.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with written notice. Upon termination, your tracking links and discount codes will be deactivated, and you must cease using Streetbeefs brand assets and marketing materials on your platforms.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall be settled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

10. Requirements

  • You MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER to participate.

  • You MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PAYPAL ACCOUNT connected to your profile to receive commission payouts.
